We're very visual creatures, so a lovely stream of photos on Instagram is good for our souls. To help beautify your IG feed, we've selected our favourite accounts to follow, picking those that post often, make us feel good and are all Canadian, too! Yup, we produce awesome posts in our homeland, so let's celebrate and drool together. Because we all need a two-second break from reality.

Ana from Bluebird Kisses makes everyday life look lovely through a genuine appreciation of the little things. She captures all of those sweet parenting moments and reminds us to cherish being moms—and that's pretty darn powerful. Steph Sterjovski is just as cute as a button and a fab lifestyle blogger, too. She knows what looks good in all arenas—from fashion and beauty, to printmaking and design. So if you like looking at lovely clothes, accessories and flowers, head on over. Pastels colour her feed for a very romantic journey.

Jacquelyn Clark showcases beautiful interiors oozing with style. Her IG feed offers bright lovely photos and just the right smattering of delicious food. So nice!

Lindsay, the editor-in-chief of Recipe Geek, keeps her foodie feed chock-full of bright, colourful veggies, decadent-looking treats and weeknight meal ideas we'd happily devour.

Sara K is many things. She's an Okanagan-based event planner and she's also the mom of a little girl with Type 1 diabetes. Her feed is full of passion, tears and beautiful photos. She's also got a little Etsy shop that sells temp tattoos that empower those dealing with Type 1 diabetes. Follow this mama bear!

Do you like macaroons, pretty lippy, lovely candles and sparkly things? Yah, we do, too. So follow Nav for her scenic pics and still life tableaus of some seriously gorgeous items. We feel pretty!

Food! Don't miss the glorious artisanal food made and presented by the amazing Diala Canelo. We're still drooling over the posts about her salted caramels and her homemade granola.

Lindsay is the artist behind a line of whimsical printed products for children called Penny Paper Co. and mom to adorable Oscar. She is also a maker of things with ripe bananas. You'll see lovely prints, photos and adorable kids' items on this happy feed.

Jenny has just about the best job ever as digital marketer at the cosmetics company, Benefit Canada. And her personal feed is full of lovely designs, flowers, outfits, colours, food and flowers. So, you know, pretty much heaven.

A gloriously curated house? Tea time nibbles and china that look like they should be on Downtown Abbey? Plus the drop-dead gorgeous and fashionable blogger Julie behind it all? We'd hate her just a little if, you know, we didn't like her so darn much.

The IG account for this Toronto–based jam and jelly shop is full of lovely antique china and other kitchen stuff, artisanal ingredients and delicious things. You don't need to visit the shop to swoon over these offerings!

Illustrator Jessica is so talented it makes our heads spin, and her detailed drawings of wildlife are perfect to share with the kiddos. She also posts photos of her amazingly scenic home landscape in BC, which is really good for tapping into some zen.
