Mint Basil Ice Cream

This heat wave that has hit Ontario doesn’t seem to be leaving us any time soon! Life is just too hot for my liking! I decided to take to my ice cream maker with the only ingredients I could find in my fridge—mint and basil! Who knew it would turn out to be such an amazing flavour!
