Making a Mermaid Birthday Cake

My four year old knew exactly what she wanted her birthday cake to look like for her party. I was a bit intimidated, but upon completing her mermaid birthday cake I knew I had done what she was hoping for. Making my daughter’s birthday cake each year is something I love to do, and hope to continue to do for years to come.
